LEARNING & ACCOUNTS
Is learning on Skillerious free?
Yes. The learning platform, normal practice tests and earned learning achievements are designed to remain free. Optional paid products are shown separately.
Do I need to register to learn?
A free learner account is used for saved progress, central achievements and other account features. Some bundled practice material can be previewed without a central account.
What does the Career Bot do?
The Skillerious Career Bot builds an ordered learning route from the Skillerious course and skills catalogue. It distinguishes courses that are available, planned or recommended for future development.
ACHIEVEMENTS & CERTIFICATES
What is a Skillerious learning achievement?
It is an internal Skillerious record showing that the learner met the defined assessment threshold for that Skillerious learning pathway.
Is the £15 printable certificate compulsory?
No. The achievement itself is earned without buying a certificate. A learner may optionally purchase a £15 printable/downloadable Skillerious Certificate by Sirius Forge Technologies after meeting the relevant secure assessment rule.
Is a Skillerious certificate an official qualification?
No. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, it is an independent Skillerious learning-achievement certificate. It is not an Ofqual-regulated qualification, UKAS-accredited personnel certificate, professional licence or external vendor-issued credential.
Can an employer verify a Skillerious certificate?
Issued Skillerious certificates can carry a public verification code. Use the Verify page to check the recorded issue status.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILES & EMPLOYERS
How much is a professional profile?
The planned candidate professional profile price is £15 as a one-time payment. It uses the same learner login and has no monthly candidate-profile fee.
Can I add certificates from other organisations?
Yes. Users can add external certificates and credentials to their professional profile. External credentials are clearly separated from certificates issued by Skillerious/Sirius Forge Technologies.
How much is employer access?
The current planned pricing is £35 per month or £149 per year. Employer candidate-search access also requires employer verification and an active subscription.
JOBS, PRIVACY & SUPPORT
Can I control whether my professional profile is public?
Yes. Candidate visibility controls are part of the professional-profile model. Sensitive account/payment data is not intended to become public profile data.
How do I report a problem or request help?
Use Contact & Support for normal enquiries and technical help. Use Complaints & Appeals for formal complaints or an appeal of an internal Skillerious assessment/achievement decision.
Where will the Skillerious email and phone number appear?
The Contact & Support page is already prepared with spaces for a support email, phone number, business email and correspondence address. These can be added later from Admin settings.
