Free learning service
Skillerious provides independent educational material, practice questions and mock-test tools. Access to normal learning and testing is free. Availability may change as content is updated, corrected or reorganised.
Educational status
Practice results are study metrics. They are not official examination results unless a future page explicitly identifies an approved external examination arrangement. Third-party names and certification marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Accuracy and professional use
Reasonable efforts should be made to keep content accurate, but technical standards, exam objectives and regulations can change. For safety-critical, regulated or professional work, users must consult the current official standard, procedure, employer requirement, legislation or authorised certification body rather than relying only on this learning platform.
Optional £15 Skillerious Certificate by Sirius Forge Technologies
Passing the required secure assessment earns the learner an achievement record without requiring payment. The optional £15 printable/downloadable document is a Skillerious Certificate by Sirius Forge Technologies. It records the named account's Skillerious learning/assessment result at the time of issuance.
It is not an official qualification or professional certification. It is not CompTIA-, VCA-, PCN/BINDT-, ISO- or ASNT-issued; it is not Ofqual-regulated or UKAS-accredited; and it is not a licence to practise or evidence of occupational competence beyond the stated Skillerious assessment.
Before purchasing, the learner must be signed in, have a configured full name and meet the course's required secure-assessment score. The payment flow re-checks eligibility server-side. Payment is one-time and optional for the printable/downloadable certificate.
Immediate digital fulfilment
At checkout initiation, the learner must actively request immediate digital fulfilment. After successful payment is confirmed by the payment provider's signed webhook, the platform may issue the certificate immediately. The owner should review the final checkout wording and refund/cancellation process against the laws applying to the actual business and customer.
Verification and revocation
Certificates have a public verification code. A certificate may be revoked if a payment is refunded, the record was issued in error, abuse or fraud is confirmed, or the underlying record must be invalidated.
Accounts and misuse
Users must not attempt to bypass account controls, manipulate stored results, interfere with the service, scrape restricted data, impersonate another learner or represent an internal Skillerious Certificate by Sirius Forge Technologies as an official, regulated, accredited or external qualification.
Changes
These terms should be dated and reviewed before the production launch. Material changes should be communicated as appropriate.
Skillerious Talent marketplace terms
Candidate professional-profile activation is priced at £15 as a one-time entitlement. Employer access is priced at £35 monthly or £149 annually. Until Stripe and the signed Talent webhook are configured and the Admin setting is enabled, the payment buttons may remain unavailable.
Candidate profiles and external credentials
Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, CV, work history, education and certificates from external sources. External certificates are candidate-supplied records unless specifically labelled as having a credential link or supplied document checked by an administrator. Such a check does not make an external certificate a Skillerious-issued qualification and does not guarantee the issuing organisation's underlying claims.
Employer access
An employer subscription does not by itself unlock candidate-directory access. The employer account must also pass the platform's employer-verification workflow. Verification may be suspended or revoked if information is inaccurate, the account is abused or moderation requires access to be restricted.
Jobs, applications and invitations
Verified subscribed employers may publish vacancies and receive applications. Candidates with an activated Talent profile may apply and may accept or decline interview invitations. Employers are responsible for vacancy accuracy, recruitment communications, selection decisions and legal compliance. Sirius Forge Technologies does not guarantee employment, interviews, candidate suitability or employer suitability.
Safety and misuse
Candidates can block and report employers. Employers must not scrape profiles, misuse candidate contact information, redistribute private candidate documents, send deceptive vacancies or use the platform for unlawful discrimination, harassment, fraud or unrelated marketing.
Public profiles should contain truthful job-relevant information and should not be used to publish sensitive personal data that is unnecessary for recruitment.
Direct hiring and messaging
Skillerious is designed for direct employer-to-candidate recruitment. Employer accounts using candidate search, outreach and messaging must recruit for their own organisation and confirm that they are not acting as a recruitment agency, staffing consultant or third-party recruiter. Skillerious does not act as an employment agency or recruitment consultant and does not negotiate employment terms on behalf of either party.
Direct messaging does not carry a separate per-message or per-contact Skillerious fee. Employer access may still require the applicable employer subscription, and optional candidate professional-profile services may have their separately displayed one-time fee.
Users must keep messages job-relevant, professional and lawful. Candidates may block or report employers. Skillerious may restrict or suspend accounts that misuse direct contact tools.
